GUITAR POOL is a competition between 16 guitarists of different styles, ages, and regions of Brazil. The program will evaluate:
Technical mastery and musicality
Artistic personality and creativity
Market positioning and career vision
LOCATION: Recordings will take place in São Paulo (capital) at EL PRAT Studio (Morumbi).
APPLICATION PERIOD: The qualifying rounds and the round of 16 will take place on March 23rd and 24th.
THE FINAL: The grand finale will take place at Blue Note São Paulo. The venue will open exclusively for the final battle with the guitarists’ fans.
Record and post a video on YouTube (set it as "unlisted"). Start with a brief introduction of yourself, followed by a guitar solo (no backing tracks or accompaniment – just you and the guitar).
Note: The solo must last a maximum of 3 minutes. Exceeding this time will result in automatic disqualification.

A musician since the age of 9, Daniel is an economist with a passion for the digital world.
He holds a degree in Economics from IBMEC and has completed 3 MBAs.
An entrepreneur at heart, his business journey began with a food franchise and a sound and lighting company.
Later, he combined his experience as a cultural producer with his passion for music to launch cultural projects, which led to the creation of “Blue Note” branches in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
Since then, Daniel has served as the musical director for numerous cultural initiatives.
Today, in addition to being a partner at Blue Note, he is the Artistic Director for both venues (Rio and SP) and the “TIM Music Noites Cariocas Festival”. He is also the curator for BTG Hall, Arena B3, and Teatro Riachuelo Rio, while serving as the Commercial Director for the agency “Outra Coisa”.
Leandro Ramajo is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, businessman, and bestselling author.
With a solid background in both Music and Law, he has shone on stages and in studios alongside major icons such as Wilson Simoninha, KLB, Toninho Horta, Ximbinha, Seu Jorge, and Chorão. His band, Conexão Baixada, had their song ‘Na Selva de Pedra’ featured as the theme for the Rede Globo soap opera ‘Amor à Vida’. In his solo career, Ramajo explored Gipsy Fusion in acclaimed instrumental albums like ‘Uma Viagem ao Reino Al Andaluz’ and ‘Bons Ventos’, and currently promotes his work through numerous singles released with Radar Records.
Ramajo is a partner at LVR Art Productions and the Shownow Music school network, where he serves as a mentor in Music Business. He shares his extensive experience through lectures and digital courses such as ‘Venda seu Show’ (Sell Your Show) and ‘Guitarra Monetizada’ (Monetized Guitar), empowering artists to professionalize their careers.
He is also the creator of the international festival ‘Santos Sonidos Raízes Latinas”.
Original songs, reinterpretations, and covers of well-known classics will be accepted. All musical genres are welcome!
Each participant is responsible for all their costs and expenses during the competition.
Yes, but you must have a legal guardian present at the venue on the day of the performance, along with the required authorization forms provided by our staff.
Guests are not allowed during the auditions for those over 18. For minors, only the legal guardian is permitted.
